Fundamentals introduces the ideology of CrossFit, explains what to expect, and how to do it. Some of the skills can be rather technical and we want to make sure you get in some good solid practice before being released into CrossFit classes. Proper technique and understanding of the movement/skills involved will help prevent injuries and maximize the benefits of group classes.
The Fundamentals course meets 2 days a week for one consecutive week – Mondays and Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Check with us to determine schedule and availability of our next Fundamentals course. This course is required for anyone new to CrossFit.
