Heavy back squat series was the word for today!! There’s nothing better than a heavy back squat to set up for a jerk/pull up WOD!! Up and down went the numbers, the training is picking up ……..the thoughts of resolution are in the air. Do you have the push to release the holiday anxiety you may have….get into CFK!!
