***if athlete rounds back because of mobility, have them deadlift with weights on elevated surface. aka out of safety bars or bumpers under weights.
40-30-20 Cal Row Deadlift up to 105/155 HSPU
Double KB sumo squats are an option. Scale HSPU to Seated Press Or heavier DB push press.
