Skill & WOD For Tuesday December 9, 2014

The skill training on occasion will overshadow the WOD…that’s not a bad thing, especially yesterday!! Muscle Up progression work is a big confidence builder for those that think “they’ll never get a muscle up”. It truly is amazing to see the surprised look on the faces of our athletes when they have completed a progression, moved on to the next or simply completed more reps consecutively from previous attempts! Gymnastics in CrossFit reaches one of the highs when a Muscle Up is achieved! Great work yesterday by all the crew and coaches!!
