Partner Tabata (16 Rounds) – Partner A does 20 seconds of Calorie Row, Partner B then does 10 Seconds Wall Balls. **At Round 9 Partners (quickly) switch place to perform opposite movements for the final 8 rounds. Score total reps at the end of 16 rounds.
